1. Level 10 mainly focuses on comprehensive training, as students are already progressing towards professionalism in their studies. The interaction between movements and rhythms also becomes more varied and complex.

2. Skills previously learned in an individual setting are now applied to comprehensive routines, with the goal of achieving continuity and coordination between different techniques and movements. The course also emphasizes balance shifting and coordination between the upper and lower body.

3. Barre exercises focus on shifts in the center of balance and rotational movements of the legs. Movements will need to be continuous, steady, and coordinated with the dance postures of the upper body.

4. Students will integrate previously learned techniques, such as jumps, spins, and flips into comprehensive routines. They will also work on smoothly connecting their techniques and movements, as well as their balance shifts between grand dance postures.

5. Students will work on coordinating the upper and lower body during jumps, using correct upper body postures and agility of the feet. Types of jumps include jumping and landing with both feet, jumping from both feet and landing on one, jumping and landing on a single foot, etc.
