- Trial Class: We provide a 30-minute free trial class. For details, please contact customer service ([email protected]). In addition, the first four classes are experimental. If you do not want to continue, you can apply for withdrawal before the fourth class, and no further payment will be made; no refund will be made for experimental lessons. If you do not want to continue after the experimental class, you need to apply for withdrawal one month in advance, and you will need to take two more classes from the date of application for withdrawal before you can withdraw from the program.
- Course Requirements: Each class is 60 minutes long, one class per week, and there are 48 classes per level, with ten levels. The program can be suspended or postponed during this period, and students are required to complete 48 classes within 18 months.
- Classroom Rules: Students must always be respectful to the instructor and accept instructions or requests from the instructor during class. Adjusting the camera allows the instructor to see all of the student's movements.
- Emergency Situations: After registration, please inform customer service of your emergency contact information to facilitate contact in case of an emergency. When contacting customer service, please provide your user account (email), the student’s name, gender, class level, class time, and the instructor’s name.
- Copyright: No audio or video recording is permitted during the class because it infringes on the intellectual property of Fei Tian Dance Proficiency Assessment Center.
- Independent learning: In a one-on-one class, no other students are allowed to attend besides the student. Parents may enter classrooms as supervisors. To cultivate your children's independent ability, please try to let them attend classes independently. Parents are encouraged to help the students when they practice.
- Change instructors: In order to improve students' adaptability and lay a foundation for long-term learning, the Center will change instructors for students at each level of instruction. Because each instructor has their own teaching characteristics and strengths, students can learn different skills from each instructor.
- Class selection: To avoid accidents, it is recommended that you select 4 classes at once and schedule them in advance. Please note that one-on-one courses must be scheduled 24 hours in advance (group classes 48 hours in advance).
- Tardiness: If a student is late for a personal reason, the instructor will wait in the online classroom for up to 30 minutes.
- Students absence (class fees will be calculated): a. The students who had selected the class time but forgot to attend will count as absent. b. If a student fails to enter the classroom within the first 30 minutes of the class, the system will close the classroom and mark the class as absent. c. Students who are unable to enter the classroom due to a lack of updated credit cards will be counted as absent from class. d. Within 24 hours before the class starts, the course has been locked by the system, and course selection cannot be provided. If a selected course cannot be attended, it will be treated as an absence and the class hours will be calculated.
- Payment: If you choose the 12-month equal installment payment option, the system will automatically deduct the amount for the cost of 4 classes at the same time every month after the first payment until the cost of 48 classes is paid in full (The number of classes attended may vary each month). But the course can be completed within 18 months of the first class start. Please keep your credit card valid, as unsuccessful debits will affect students' access to classes.
- About Withdrawal: Please contact customer service to fill out the course withdrawal application form. You will be able to withdraw one month after the application date. From the date of the withdrawal application, you will need to pay for one more month (attend four more classes) before you can officially withdraw. If you re-enroll after withdrawing, you will need to start again from the first class.
- Course Swap: Swap between one-on-one and one-on-five courses, the first time is free of charge, and the second time will be charged as a swap fee.
- Notices for Group Classes
- Group classes require a minimum of three people to start. Please contact customer service to coordinate a class before purchasing.
- When choosing a group class, you must choose the same teacher and the same time. If you choose the wrong time and teacher, you will not be able to attend that group class.
- If you want to adjust the time or cancel a class, every student in the group must agree to do so. If the class has two students and one student has changed time or teacher and the other student doesn't know about it, the class will be canceled and neither student will be able to attend the class.
- a. If there is a need to adjust the time or cancel a class, everyone must agree for the adjustment to be made. If it’s a class with three students and one student chooses the wrong time or teacher, while the other two do not, the student who made the wrong choice will be considered absent for that class. b. If one person forgets to select the class, the other students will attend the class as usual, and the student who forgot to select the class will be charged the class fee and treated as absent. c. If the other students forget to select the class, leaving only one person unable to attend, once the class time passes, the student who selected the class will have their absence mark canceled. After all students re-select the class, the previously unselected students will be marked as absent after the class is held. d. If a student requests a leave more than 48 hours before the class starts, they may proactively negotiate with the other students in the group class to reschedule or postpone the class. If the request is made within 48 hours before the class starts, it will be treated as an absence.
- If one of the students in a group class is unable to attend a class due to vacation or for some other reason, it is important to contact customer service two days (48 hours) in advance to resolve the issue because it will affect the other students in the group class.
- The Department of Teaching requires that all four classes in a month be selected in advance because group classes are usually scheduled in advance by the teacher. If you choose only one class at a time, your class time may be picked up by other students.
- If your group is from a different country (time zone), please note that daily savings time in some countries may cause your class time to change in the winter or summer. Please refer to the time displayed on your login page.
- Students who are in the same group can contact each other through customer service to communicate and remind each other of their class times.
- If someone drops out in the middle of a group class and the class size is less than the minimum number of students the other student will not be able to continue the class.
