Withdrawal and Refund Policy

To ensure transparency and prevent misunderstandings, customers must review the Shen Yun Arts Grading Center’s Student Guidelines, FAQ, and Refund Policy prior to purchase. The Center is not responsible for any financial loss resulting from a customer’s failure to review these policies.
  • 1. Seven-Day Cooling-Off Period (Effective from the date of purchase)
    • 1.1 If No Class Has Been Selected A full refund may be issued with no conditions.
    • 1.2 If a Class Has Been Selected Refund requests submitted more than one week before the course start date are eligible for a refund. Refund requests submitted within one week of the start date require the student to complete the first four paid trial sessions before withdrawing.
  • 2. Exceptions to the Seven-Day Period. Special Circumstances & Force Majeure Refunds may be granted for:
    • Natural disasters: hurricanes, earthquakes, floods, public health emergencies, etc.
    • War or terrorism: armed conflict, civil unrest, terrorist incidents, etc.
    • Government actions: lockdowns, restrictions, emergency orders, etc.

  • 3. Trial Class Period
    • The first four sessions are designated as paid trial sessions. Students who do not wish to continue may withdraw before completing the fourth session. Trial session fees are non-refundable.
  • 4. After the Trial Period
    • Students who continue beyond the trial sessions and wish to withdraw must contact Customer Service to submit a Withdrawal Request Form. Students must continue attending classes and making scheduled payments during the processing period (approximately two weeks). Re-enrollment in the same level after withdrawal will restart from Lesson 1.
