1. This Intermediate level serves as a link between what has been learned and what is to come. After mastering the fundamentals of the Beginner levels, students will be able to better prepare for the courses of subsequent levels. The main focus here will be on flexibility, stability, and the standardization of dance movements and postures.
2. The student will increase the flexibility of the waist and legs, as well as the agility of joints all over the body.
3. Master with accuracy the basic dance movements and standard shen-fa.
4. Improve proficiency with different tempos and rhythms.
- Recommended for ages 11 and above.
